An early colonial chief of 66 villages, Uyalawada Narasimha Reddy, revolts against East India Company’s atrocities. He raids and defeats the camps of the British Army, becoming a menace to the colonial rule. The British Army places a bounty of Rs 10,000 on his head after failing to catch him. As his assaults go on for a long time, the British plant moles in strategic locations. British captures his family, unable to catch him. He saves his family by pointing at the policeman with a knife. Finally, with the assistance of an informant, the British Army captures him and treats him as a criminal.
